Eligibility for Refund

• The product must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
• The product must be in its original condition and packaging.
• Proof of purchase must be provided.

Non-Refundable Items

• Items marked as “final sale” or “non-refundable.”
• Digital products once they have been downloaded or accessed.

Process for Refund

• Contact our customer service at support@smartafrotrade.co.za to initiate a return.
• Ship the product back to us at the provided address.
• Once we receive the product, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs for the return will be the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
